Monitoring Differential Pressure

MikroPul provides three different types of gauges for monitoring differential pressure in dust collectors.

The 86 DP Differential Pressure Transmitter provides a 4-20MA output signal for a Differential Pressure of 0-10 inches of water. The applied Differential Pressure is displayed on an illuminated panel meter. In addition to the linear output mode, the transmitter contains two preset levels for variable pressure range control. The S.P.D.T preset outputs are switched at the levels as monitored by the front panel LED's. The outputs are programmable to obtain a variety of functions.

Our most popular model is the Magnehelic® gauge for high accuracy which measures within 2% of full scale. Using simple frictionless movement, it can quickly indicate low air or non-corrosive gas pressures, either positive, negative (vacuum) of the differential.

Ruggedly built, the Magnehelic resists vibration, shock and over pressures.

Our economical U-Tube Manometer measures positive, negative and differential pressures. It is able to withstand hard use and provides accurate high visibility readings. Suitable for total pressures to 100 psi. Standard accessories include: 2 plastic carrying plugs, 2 flexible plastic tubing connectors, and one bottle of red gauge oil.
